Your journey will begin in Arusha, the capital of Tanzania’s Northern Safari Circuit and a fascinating city with a bustling pace of life and plenty of captivating attractions. Catch a glimpse of Mount Kilimanjaro, the tallest mountain peak in Africa standing at 5,895 meters tall, before you board your safari vehicle and pass through the traditional villages and beautiful plantations of the Masai Steppe. From there head towards Tarangire National Park where you will head on amazing game drives as you explore the land that is home to the largest concentration of elephants in the country. Next visit is Masai village, see the beauty of the African sunset, and enjoy a cocktail on Sunset Hill as you take in the views of Lake Manyara. Later travel to the Ngorongoro Crater, the largest dry caldera of its kind in the world. June to October – Northern Serengeti (Kogatende Area)
20 Dec to 31 March – Ndutu Southern Serengeti (Please note Ndutu Area is divided between Ngorongoro and Serengeti, hence during the months of the Migration, the herds can be in either side. This can have implications on the park fees as well as game drives. The main point to note is that we have only charged 1 park fee for either Ngorongoro or Serengeti and depending on where the camp is located in Ndutu, game drives will only be done on that side i.e either Serengeti side of Ndutu or Ngorongoro side of Ndutu. IF guests would like to do game drives on both sides, then an extra park fee will be payable.
